Corinne Cordon

Corinne has been originating loans for over 10 years and lends her own money, as well as private investor money. She is considered an expert in commercial loans, and is the final decision maker on all hard money loans.

She has a Bachelor of Science degree from UNLV in Business Administration and has an extensive background in computer programming, systems analysis and financial analysis.

Corinne has served on the Board of Directors of the Private Lenders Group and is active in formulating mortgage industry legislation.

She is also an avid ballroom dancer and competes in International Standard and Latin events with her husband.

Stephen Sinko

Stephen Sinko, Principal/Owner, has been lending private money for nine years. His experience encompasses large & small commercial construction projects, land, land development, and residential properties. He is very knowledgeable of all facets of the lending process and has worked for both large and small companies. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Hotel Management, and he is very involved in family activities on the weekends. He loves his motorcycle and has lived in Las Vegas for since January 1993.
