Corinne started Capella Commercial Mortgage in February 2002, but she has been originating loans since 1996. She was mentored by another long-time private money lender, who has since passed away. She has invested in trust deeds herself and purchased discounted notes and deeds of trust for many years.

She has experience in brokering institutional commercial loans also, is the final decision maker on all hard money loans at Capella Mortgage.

She has a Bachelor of Science degree from UNLV in Business Administration and has extensive experience in computer programming, systems analysis and financial analysis, and has programmed systems for many types of businesses - doctors, attorneys, small businesses, large corporations. She worked at Citibank Nevada National Association for 8 years and managed many different departments including payroll, accounts payable, customer service, and credit card processing.

Corinne has served on the Board of Directors of the Private Lenders Group and is active in formulating mortgage industry legislation.
